In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit pub709's liability for death or personal injury caused by pub709's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
